Do you believe in signs?

I wasn’t sure I did. Until this week.

After listening to Dr. Tara on Steven Bartlett’s podcast, I heard her talk about asking loved ones who’ve passed for signs. Despite my skepticism, I decided to try it.

The truth is, I was missing Geoff. He passed two years ago, but some days still hit harder than others. My heart ached, and I quietly whispered a request:

“If you’re with me, send me dolphins before 11pm tonight.”

Not long after, standing at the window of the ship, I scanned the horizon. Then, out of the corner of my eye — three dolphins leapt through the waves.

I froze. Was this real?

Moments later, three more dolphins appeared. My heart filled with warmth. My face couldn’t stop smiling.

Was it coincidence? Maybe. But to me, it was the reminder I needed: Geoff is still with me.

Sometimes, we just need to be open enough to notice.
