I’ve always valued my health, but I once thought that painful periods and bleeding through products was 'normal.' When I hit my 30s, I noticed significant changes—gaining fat despite following health advice on calorie deficits and regular gym visits. My hormones were unbalanced.
Through my own wellness journey, I discovered the power of daily choices in transforming my body’s function. This sparked a lifelong learning journey about health. After studying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, I became a health coach to help other women trust and achieve their health goals naturally.
